Compatibility & Constraints
Compatible with NVIDIA Spectrum-2 / Spectrum-3 switches and ConnectX-6 / ConnectX-6 Dx adapters in 200GbE mode. The QSFP56 module is electrically backward-compatible with QSFP28 cages, but 200G PAM4 operation requires a 200G-capable host port — on a 100G QSFP28 port the module will only run at 100G if the host supports it.
