Shipping
Orders ship worldwide from Haifa, Israel. We prepare an order for shipping within 1–3 business days.
- Standard international shipping: 8–13 business days.
- Traceable EMS shipping: 4–7 business days.
These times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. The shipping price is shown at checkout and includes packing and handling.
Customs and taxes
The buyer pays any customs, duties, tariffs and import taxes.
Warranty
Products carry a 30-day warranty.
Returns
You can return an item within 30 calendar days of receiving it. It must be unused and in its original packaging, and the buyer pays for return shipping. See the full return and refund policy.

Each product page lists the exact part number, the specifications and the known limits. Please confirm that a part works with your own hardware and software before you order. Checking compatibility is the buyer's responsibility. If you are unsure, ask us before you buy.
