Accessibility statement
We want every buyer to be able to find a part, read its details and contact us, whatever device, assistive technology or settings they use.
The standard we follow
This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and the Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on them.
What the site does
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and the element in focus is always visibly marked.
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and labels, so screen readers can announce and navigate them.
- Text and controls meet the contrast levels of WCAG AA.
- Images we add carry text alternatives; product photos are described by the product name.
- Pages work when zoomed and on small screens, without sideways scrolling.
- Animations are minimal and stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
- There is a light and a dark display theme (the switch at the top of every page).
The accessibility menu
The round button at the bottom of every page, or Ctrl+U (also Alt+A), opens the accessibility menu. It offers:
- Ready-made profiles: motor impaired, blind, colour blind, dyslexia, low vision, cognitive and learning, seizure and epileptic, and ADHD.
- Smart contrast, Contrast + (inverted, dark or light high contrast), and saturation (low, high or none).
- Bigger text (four steps), text spacing, line height and text alignment.
- A dyslexia-friendly font (OpenDyslexic) or a highly legible font (Atkinson Hyperlegible).
- Highlighted links, hidden images, paused animations, tooltips that show image and button descriptions.
- A big cursor, a reading guide, or a reading mask.
- A screen reader that reads aloud what you click or move to with the Tab key, using your browser’s own speech.
- Voice navigation: commands such as “scroll down”, “go to products”, “search” followed by a part number, or “click” followed by a link name. It uses your browser’s speech recognition (Chrome and Edge); in Chrome the speech is processed by Google.
- A dictionary: double-click a word to see its meaning. Only that word is sent to the free Dictionary API (dictionaryapi.dev).
- Page structure: a list of the page’s headings and areas to jump to.
- An oversized menu, and moving the menu to the left or right.
Your choices are kept in your browser until you reset them. The menu is our own; it does not load any outside service unless you turn on voice navigation or the dictionary.
How we check
On 26 October 2026 we checked the main pages (home, a product line, a product page, contact, how we build and the cart) with automated WCAG 2.1 AA tests, which found no problems. Automated tests do not catch everything, so please tell us if something does not work for you.
Known limitations
- Product photos and descriptions come from our catalogue. Some photos include printed text, such as a part number, that also appears in the product name and description.
- Checkout runs on a page hosted by our e-commerce provider, Wix, which is responsible for its accessibility.
- The chat assistant gives automatic answers that may contain mistakes; the product page is the reference, and a person is always one click away.
