The MSB7510-E plugs into the CS7500 director chassis as a leaf card. Designed for the Mellanox CS7500 EDR director chassis only. Will not operate as a standalone switch outside the chassis. Compatible with ConnectX-4 and ConnectX-5 EDR adapters and with Mellanox EDR DAC and AOC cabling. Uses the original Switch-IB ASIC, not Switch-IB 2; SHArP collective offload is not available on this generation. Negotiation down to FDR requires compatible cabling and HCA configuration.
