🛠️ Installation & Thermal Management

  • Cable Management: Handling 30 meters of active fiber requires discipline. Use "figure-8" loops for slack storage to prevent torsional stress on the fibers. Do not tightly coil or use zip-ties that pinch the jacket.
  • Bend Radius: The minimum bend radius is 60mm. Violating this during the long pull through trays can cause permanent attenuation (light loss) or fiber fracture.
  • Pull Force: Never pull the cable by the connector heads or the pull-tabs. Use the cable jacket itself, but avoid excessive tension (max pulling force 100N).
