Compatibility & Hard Constraints

InfiniBand HDR Only: This is an HDR InfiniBand cable. It does not support Ethernet. For Ethernet breakout cables, different part numbers are required. QSFP56 Ports Required: All three connectors are QSFP56. Not compatible with QSFP28, QSFP-DD, or OSFP ports. Active Cable: Requires power from the host QSFP56 port (~3.5W). Will not function if the port does not supply adequate power. HDR Speed Tier: Designed for HDR (200Gb/s). Not backward-compatible with EDR (100Gb/s) or FDR (56Gb/s) fabrics. Splitter Cable: This is a 1-to-2 breakout. The switch port must support breakout mode configuration in subnet manager.
