It is a fixed-configuration Open Ethernet switch with P2C (port-to-chassis, front-to-back) airflow and dual hot-swappable AC power supplies. This is NOT an InfiniBand switch, NOT a half-populated SN2100, and NOT a chassis with field-replaceable line cards.
Engineering Context: The MSN2010-CB2F provides 18 SFP28 ports for 1/10/25GbE and 4 QSFP28 uplinks for 40/100GbE, delivering 1.7 Tb/s of non-blocking switching throughput and a forwarding rate of approximately 1.3 Bpps. Port-to-port latency on Spectrum is sub-300ns for 25GbE traffic, and the QSFP28 ports support 4x25G breakout to expand effective port count to 34 SFP28-equivalent ports.
