The SN2010 platform combines the Spectrum ASIC with a 1U short-depth, half-width form factor (~24-inch depth), making it well suited to space-constrained edge cabinets, branch racks, and dense back-to-back deployments where two switches share a single 1U rack slot. The 18x25GbE SFP28 plus 4x100GbE QSFP28 port mix supports a leaf role with 25G server downlinks and 100G uplinks to a spine. The 4x100GbE ports can also be operated as 4x25GbE breakout for additional access density. Cut-through forwarding on Spectrum gives consistent low latency across all packet sizes.

Cumulus Linux is the shipped NOS — the unit is also compatible with ONIE-installable network operating systems (Cumulus, SONiC) per Spectrum SN2010 documentation; verify the target NOS before reimaging. P2C airflow only — must be deployed in a hot-aisle/cold-aisle layout with cold aisle facing the port side; do NOT mix with C2P (reverse) airflow units in the same row. Dual AC PSU only — not a DC variant. Rail kit is NOT included; standard 19-inch rack mount kit must be ordered separately. The 4x100GbE QSFP28 ports support 4x25G breakout, but breakout cables/optics are not included.
