Compatibility & Hard Constraints

Compatible with standard PCIe Gen4 x16 and x8 server slots. The DPU runs the NVIDIA DOCA software framework and supports BlueField OS (Linux) for in-DPU services. Requires NVIDIA Mellanox-supported drivers (MLNX_OFED or DOCA) on the host. The two ports operate at 25GbE per port; this card does NOT support 100GbE or 200GbE per port — those are different MPNs. Direct attach copper or AOC must be SFP28/SFP56-rated for 25GbE. This is the E-Series (M-suffix) standalone variant: BMC is exposed independently of host PCIe — it is NOT the H-suffix P-Series where BMC is host-channeled. The SoC OS image is not pre-loaded — the customer must flash a supported BlueField OS or DOCA image.
