Compatibility & Hard Constraints
Requires an OCP Mezzanine 2.0 connector on the host motherboard with PCIe 3.0 x8 routing — it will not fit into a standard PCIe slot or the Open Compute NIC 3.0 socket. As an EN-class card it is Ethernet-only and will not enumerate as InfiniBand. The single SFP+ cage caps the card at 10 Gb/s; it is not a 25GbE card. Do not pair with QSFP+ cabling without the appropriate QSFP-to-4xSFP+ breakout topology, and even then this card terminates only one SFP+ lane.
